Reefer Madness

The background fabric is an underwater scene, with brightly colored fish and coral. The back was cut in strips and the two colored strips inserted. This is a technique developed by Caryl Bryer Fallert, know as "High Tech Tucks". Except for the fish fabric, all the other fabrics were hand dyed in color gradations by myself.
